- You will learn about the history of the local wine industry and about what grape varieties grow well in the Okanagan valley.
- Learn the art of wine tasting and enjoy a dinner served in a private dinning room.
- Guests will be invited into the cellar to witness some of the finest Okanagan Wines.
Dinner: – Before or during dinner, guests will be treated to a flute of sparkling wine to celebrate your visit.
- The chef will prepare an elegant selection of gourmet meals to enhance your dining pleasure.
